Getting Customer Interactions and Feedbacks Online Free.

We all know that without evaluation there’s no education. The same goes for business as, without feedback there will be no effective growth.

Now you’ve put yourself out there, your business is growing you have real clients. How do you get them to tell you what they need, what you need to work on or what service or process you need to scrap.

In the past, you’ll design and print a form and motivate customers to fill them by offering simple things like pens, small chops, books etc. Now that most of your clients are online somewhere, how do you interact and get feedback from customers via your site and off it?

First, use your website forms: If you have a functional website that has the form feature you can request feedback from visitors using your contact or subscription form. Also you can customise an order form, subscription form etc. When customers leave messages from you site you can respond and use the information to further improve your service.

Secondly, you can use free online forms: We have Google forms, Survey Heart, Form.app, Zoho Forms etc. With all these free tools you can build a form that can get you what you need. Also, you can integrate or use buttons and links to add them to your site especially, if you’re using a site service that doesn’t have the forms feature. These free forms services can be used to create content forms, order forms, subscription forms, booking forms, survey forms etc.

Thirdly, WhatsApp for business and Telegram links: My favourites are these two wonderful and free services provided by Telegram and WhatsApp for business. With these two applications you get a direct link to your account which anyone can use to start a chat with you without needing to save your number. You can copy and paste this unique link on your site or use link shortening services, to shorten them then share directly to your platforms.

Fourthly, you can use a customised email address: Now note that I could have said email address but I didn’t. Customised here is just making sure that the email feels private and particular to your business. You don’t have to pay for an email service but you can create a specific mail for your business that carries it’s name. (db.cafe@aol.com) The services provider doesn’t really matter, you can even use Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook etc. but just a tip, use a service that is not too common. So that you look a little more professional (aol, proton, mbox).

How to Integrate these Links

Get links to customers.

Once you’ve chosen your preferred feedback method, you’ll need to get people to respond to them. If you have copied your WhatsApp for Business or Telegram link, or you have created a Form.app form and copied the link you’ll need to get it to your clients.

First, as always you need to pick a platform: If it’s your site you want to use as the medium fine, if it’s facebook or Twitter great but, different platforms have different challenges. Just do your research and know which works best with what you have.

Next, create a short link that’s easy to read: bit.ly is great it gives you 1000 free links but, I’ll still recommend you search for something not so common to give you the separation you’ll need to be noticed. But above all this, use a custom after slash content just like (b.link/dbcafe) dbcafe is the after slash content here don’t do something like (bit.ly/x45yu) always edit the after slash content (make sure that you use a service that allows you to edit the after slash content).

Then, post with a convincing message: Your job is not done until they click your links to start making orders or sending feedbacks. Don’t just post your short link with please fill or please rate us. Write a short post massage that tells your clients how much you need their feedback and how responding to the form helps them.
